Cooking at Horn's Eatery

What an incredibly special and fun time we had at Horn’s in the Marigny!!!! We learned about kitchen skills and safety, cooked delicious black beans in the kitchen with the extraordinary owner/Head Chef Kappa Horn, painted canvases to take home, made floral bouquets to give to a loved one (we miss you Jay), and had such a fun time being in such a laid back and cool atmosphere that Horn’s brings to the Marigny neighborhood!! We are SOUL grateful for the opportunities we have from those around us and love loving free!!!! Special thanks to our volunteers Don and Checka for making our afternoon even more bright!!! And, also, it was super exciting and humbling to have the Times Picayune/ send their amazing crew to come interview and photograph us.. stay tuned for our feature!!!
